has been established to offer a comprehensive range of professional
planning and development services based on a thorough understanding
of the planning system of the UK and a detailed knowledge of the
planning policies and issues that effect the Midlands and East
Anglia.
Peter Webster of
Webster Associates has been elected a Charter Member of the Royal
Town Planning Institute since 1985. Land is a finite resource, the
value of which is closely linked to its planning status. Those
seeking to achieve the most beneficial use of that resource
therefore need to ensure that proposals for development are promoted
in the most effective manner.

PLANNING CONSULTANT? The planning and development process is

SITE
INVESTIGATIONS & APPRAISALS We will carry out feasibility
studies to advise clients on the most effective use of land for
Residential: Retail: Industrial: Office: Leisure and other uses. In
particular, we have expertise in advising on alternative uses for
agricultural land and buildings arising from the need for farm
diversification.
PLANNING
APPLICATIONS We will prepare and submit outline and detailed
planning applications for any form of development anywhere within
the United Kingdom. As part of the process, we regularly liaise with
the Local Planning Authorities to ensure the smoothest path for the
application.
PLANNING APPEALS
If planning permission has been refused or if Conditions are
unacceptable, we are highly experienced in preparing and submitting
appeals to the Secretary of State for the consideration.
DEVELOPMENT
ADVICE Advice is given on the suitability of land for
development, together with the feasibility and economic viability of
development proposals. Financial evaluations and residual value
appraisals can be undertaken for all types of development, on
individual plots to larger parcels of land. Advice on longer-term
development potential can be given, including the arrangements of
option agreements.
LAND SALES
Contacts with all major PLC's, regional and local builders enable
any parcel of land (single plots to large tracts of land) to be
target marketed for maximum effect. Whether by private treaty,
tender or other means of disposal, we are able to provide the
landowner with a comprehensive service in the sale of development
land.
MARKET APPRAISALS
We are able to advise on the suitability and viability of proposed
developments. Advice can be given on suggested selling prices, type,
