Company Profile
In 2003 I set up my own
practice of Estate Agency in the heart of the Duchy town of Higham
Ferrers. Having left an established partnership and with over 20 years
of wide ranging experience in the property arena, I wanted to bring a
touch of contemporary quality and cutting edge professionalism to the
High Street.
I founded the business in
Spring of 2003 from home and opened my first office in the summer of
that year in the former "fruit and veg shop". With ongoing success we
expanded into the neighbouring shop to accommodate the need for more
floor space and more staff. In the same year we started the
Letting and
Property Management department and Special Projects. Again through
ongoing success of the business and growth of all departments the
business expanded into additional and larger premises in the High Street
of Rushden at the start of 2007.
State of the art technology
and software enables both offices to work proactively as one selling and
letting team, effectively covering east Northamptonshire and North
Bedfordshire from both ends of the High Street in Higham Ferrers and
Rushden.
Floor plans, high profile
internet and media marketing, text messaging and mailing represent some
of the basic tools of our trade used by fully trained and accredited
staff.
As a long standing member
of The National Association of Estate Agents, a former chairman and
board member of the national executive my standards are both moral and
professional and these are at the root of our business ethic.
With the onset of Home
inspection packs (HIPS), as independent agents we provide you genuine
independent options to source and produce this now mandatory
documentation in order to sell residential property.
As a landlord or tenant we
provide protected and indemnified client accounts. Furthermore we are
long practiced members of the first "Tenancy Deposit Scheme" provided by
The Dispute Service, now one of three schemes available.
Town Planning and general
planning consultancy has grown dramatically in recent years now coming
under the Special Projects branding and dealing with land promotion,
potential development sites from 10 or more acres to the smallest back
garden plot.
Since 2003 the company has
grown through success and client demand making a significant impact
across the region. Achieving with two offices what most agents achieve
with many more. We have strategic intentions over the coming years that
will build on this success based around a simple but very important
commitment to our client:
