January 2011 Start

We are currently recruiting for an "Estate Agency Secretary/Administrator" to work a 40 hour week Monday to Friday, based in our Rushden office.

The role is all involving and represents the backbone to the success of the Sales, Lettings and Property Management departments.  Responsible for the presentation and compliance of all our properties in the public domain.  For providing the team seamless and prompt administration enabling the fee earners to focus on what they do best.  This role involves a great deal of public facing either in the office or on the phone. 

Skills required: Professionalism, audio typing, accuracy, diplomacy, basic image adjustment and a flare for composition when setting out property details and reports.

Familiarity with the following Packages:  Outlook, Word, Excel, Database management, Estate Craft/Vebra

Lynda, who leaves us after 5 years, states that an organised and a focused approach will be second nature to the right applicant. The ability to make MS Office spin with out thinking goes along way as there is precious little time to learn on the job.

Salary dependant on experience and skill set.
